1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99xq ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 99xq platform at https://99xq.app, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 99xq platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of any 99xq service — including browsing the site, placing bets, playing casino games, or claiming promotions — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 99xq, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino games, slots, crash games (Aviator, Dinosaur Tycoon, Crazy 777), table games, promotional offers, bonuses, and customer support services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or game, these general Terms shall take precedence unless the specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

The 99xq platform is operated as an online gaming and sports betting service targeting the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By using this platform, you confirm that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 99xq platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or legal entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 99xq or had an account terminated for terms violations.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by or affiliated with 99xq or its game-content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.).
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you in your place of residence or current physical location.

Age Verification: 99xq takes underage gambling extremely seriously. 3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 99xq services, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a contact mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

One Account Policy: Each player may hold only one active 99xq account at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of any funds, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held within them.

Account Credentials: Upon successful registration, you are responsible for selecting a secure password and for keeping all login credentials strictly confidential. 99xq will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 99xq support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Identity Verification (KYC): As part of our commitment to platform security and responsible gaming, 99xq operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99xq platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 99xq supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 99xq account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via other mobile banking services (Rocket, Upay) are generally processed within two minutes. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. 99xq does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) being completed and approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible — this is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is not optional. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but 99xq aims to complete all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Delays may occur during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

Payment Method Ownership: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend, or third party — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a terms violation. 99xq reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Anti-Money Laundering: 99xq is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the platform are monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be frozen and transactions reported to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use the 99xq platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or the processing of proceeds of crime.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

99xq offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), BPL season, and international cricket tournaments. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligibility, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses issued by 99xq are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; any unmet requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for recreational, genuine-play purposes only. The following conduct will result in disqualification from a promotion and may lead to account suspension:

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 99xq platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the 99xq platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. In addition to the specific obligations stated elsewhere in these Terms, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Use software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents platform controls.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known bug or technical error may be voided at 99xq's discretion.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempt to access any part of the 99xq platform that you are not authorised to access, including other players' accounts, back-end systems, or administrative interfaces.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, virus, or harmful content through the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse 99xq staff, customer support agents, or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Use the 99xq platform in a way that could damage the reputation, operations, or legal standing of 99xq or its partner providers.

99xq monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these obligations. Where a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected, 99xq may take any combination of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void bets or game results affected by the violation, withhold or confiscate balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 99xq platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules published by the respective game studio or sportsbook provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets or stakes.

Random Number Generators: All casino games, slot titles, and non-live gaming products on 99xq use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and maintained by the originating game studio. 99xq does not alter, interfere with, or override RNG outputs. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game studios and are applied consistently across all play sessions.

Disputed Results: If you believe a game result or settled bet is incorrect, you must submit a formal dispute to the 99xq support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period cannot be investigated. 99xq's decision on all disputed results, following reasonable investigation, is final and binding.

System Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 99xq reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the player. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake is payable in the case of a technical malfunction unless 99xq's investigation determines otherwise.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their 99xq account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Verified balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others may request an immediate self-exclusion or a temporary account suspension (time-out). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the account being locked for the duration chosen by the player (minimum 30 days, with longer periods available including permanent self-exclusion). Termination by 99xq: 99xq reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected underage gambling.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity conducted via the platform.
• Abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at 99xq staff or other users.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools in violation of these Terms.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement necessitating account closure.

Where 99xq terminates an account for a terms violation, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited where the violation is confirmed. 99xq will retain all account records in accordance with applicable data retention obligations even after an account has been closed or terminated.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the 99xq platform ceases immediately. All outstanding bonus balances are forfeited. Any bets placed but not yet settled at the time of termination may be voided at 99xq's discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and anti-fraud obligations — shall continue in full force and effect after account closure.

Governing Language: These Terms and Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
